The Covid-19 virus is a type of coronavirus through which the average person infected will infect two other persons. Statistics from John Hopkins University and CNN reveal that the covid-19 has killed over 12,755 worldwide and infected over 297,000 people.
Cuba has developed an antiviral injection treatment for coronavirus called Interferón alfa 2B (IFNrec). This medication was created by the Cuban Scientist Luis Herrera in the 1980s. President Miguel Diaz Canel has spoken of this on his Twitter account and elaborated on how the Cuban government will use this medication to aid countries in need. Cuba is currently sending medical aid and doctors 37 countries suffering from coronavirus.
The Chinese government has used Cuban Interferón alfa 2B medication to treat infected patients in the Cuban-Chinese plant, ChangHeber and as a result, their coronavirus infections and mortality rates have drastically declined. Due to criminal and imperialist US sanctions and economic blockade that results in economic decline and deaths for decades, US citizens are prohibited from traveling to Cuba for medical treatment and do not have access to this medication.
Sanctions are killing Iranians, Cubans, Chinese and others most affected by coronavirus.
